In the movie our Sushi Chef Kiyoshi Hayamizu demonstrates the correct way to prepare various Sushi dishes. Seven chapters show smashing excursions to the world of Sushi making (Maki, Nigiri, Oshi, Temaki). Elaborate vegetable-carving work and cutting of Sashimi, the Japanese way of preparing raw fish, are demonstrated as well.
In clear comprehensible steps the precise procedure is explained: from correct rice cooking and preparation of the fish to the proper technique to roll the bamboo mat and the cutting of the Sushi rolls.
